QuEST Client Rights

  1. The right to informed choices.
  2. The right to be safe from physical harm.
  3. The right to be free from mental and emotional abuse.
  4. The right to be treated with dignity at all times by staff and other persons.
  5. The right to confidentiality regarding personal information.
  6. The right to be free from corporal or unusual punishment, humiliation, intimidation,   ridicules, threats, or other forms of abuse.
  7. The right to be in a safe environment at QuEST and/or a job placement in the  community.
  8. The right to be free from retaliation for advocating for client’s rights.
